The Divine Cheveux Team ask that you keep your billing address and shipping address the same. Make sure you are entering in the correct billing and shipping address associated with your debit/credit card. If you do not enter the correct billing address your card will not process the payment.

How long is shipping/processing?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment. Business days are Monday-Friday, no weekends, and no national holidays. (If you order on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is the following Monday).

Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 business days depending on your location.

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 business days depending on your location.

All packages are delivered through USPS. (Business days are Monday-Friday).

How will I get my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are emailed to the email address provided with the order and once order has been shipped. After receiving your tracking number, shipping updates will come available after 24 hours. You can track your package on the USPS website: www.USPS.com.

Please ensure your order is 100% correct before ordering, there will be no order changes allowed after your payment has been submitted.

May I return my order?
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES! ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

We accept exchanges only within 7 days of order arriving. All items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unused!

Exchanges will be a 15% restocking fee (not including return shipping and new shipping fees)

*Any accepted refunds will be a 15% cancellation fee*
